Subway is a burger in Binghamton, New York. It is listed at 721 Upper Court St, Binghamton, NY 13904, which places it among the local businesses of Binghamton that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as caterer, fast food restaurant, takeout restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Rolled into Subway thinking I was just making a quick pit stop… ended up having one of the smoothest fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. 😂 The second I walked in, the place was spotless, smelled fresh, and the staff greeted everyone like they actually enjoyed being there. The sandwich line moved fast, nobody was rushing or annoyed, and somehow my sub came out looking like it belonged in a Subway commercial instead of being wrapped up like a football. Even better, the prices were fair and right in line with other Subway locations nearby, which was refreshing to see. No surprise “how did my sandwich cost the same as a car payment?” moment at checkout. 😂 Overall, great food, awesome staff, clean restaurant, and just an all-around good vibe. Whoever’s running this location is doing something right.

Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an order through the Subway app, and it showed my food as "Ready for Pickup." But when I arrived, the staff told me they hadn’t even started it because they were “too busy.” Then why mark it as ready? That’s completely misleading and unprofessional. I asked why it was marked ready, and the employee had no answer—just ignored me. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I had to wait in line again just to ask for the order I had already paid for. In the end, I received my food one full hour after placing the order. This was a complete waste of time and totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unbothered, with zero urgency or customer care. If they can’t handle online orders, they shouldn’t offer them. This experience was not just inconvenient—it was unacceptable. I expect better from a brand like Subway. I won’t be using the app again, and I won’t return to this location.
